Held is a 60-minute 1:1 container for the moments when you need more than advice — you need someone to actually be with you. We talk, we ground, we move through what's present, and we expand into what's possible.

Hi, I’m Liv.
Somatic movement guide, yoga teacher, and the person who built this because she needed it first.
I spent years teaching people how to feel better without ever actually letting myself feel. I knew all the tools. I just wasn't using them on myself.
Embodied Joy is what changed that. And now it's what I'm here to share.
I believe joy isn't something you find when life gets easier. It's something you practice in the middle of the mess.
